Returns & Exchanges
· To request a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
· For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
· If an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly shipped, Wanderlust Atelier will cover all related return and replacement shipping costs.
· Unless otherwise required by applicable law, import duties, customs clearance fees, local taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
· Due to the delicate nature of silk and light-colored fabrics, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if the item shows signs of use, stains, perfume or cosmetic residue, washing, alterations, repairs, or any other condition that affects its original value.
· Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.
· Minor loose threads, natural variations in fabric texture, and slight differences resulting from the manufacturing process are not considered defects.
